2.Supply and installation of single wooden door Size 90x210cm with 2mm lead line and lead frame with architrave and paint finish.
3.Supply and installation of X-ray Warning Light (12v dc).
4.Safety Assessment for X Ray Room.
5.Qc for X Ray Machine.
6.TLD badge (FANR Approved Readings) (5 Readings).
7.Consultancy Charge includes Preparation of RPP, Section A, B, C & D Submission
