Description
Forward Pipetting :
• Press the operating button to the first stop point.
• Immerse the tip 2-3mm below the liquid surface gently.
• Slowly release the button to the starting position.
• Carefully withdraw the tip from the liquid, touching against the edge of the container to remove excess liquid
• Gently press the button to the first stop point to dispense the liquid.
• After a brief pause, continue to press the button to the second stop point (i.e., blowout). This step will empty the tipand ensure accurate liquid transfer.
• Release the button to the starting position.
• If necessary, replace the tip and continue pipetting.
• Press the ejector to remove and discard the tip
Reverse pipetting:
• Note: For viscous liquid, do reverse pipetting:
• Press the operating button to the second stop pointand immerse the pipette tip 2-3mm below the liquid surface. Slowly release the button back to the starting position.
• Carefully withdraw the tip from the liquid, touching against the edge of the container to remove excess liquid.
• Gently press the button to the first stop point to dispense the liquid.
• Hold the operating button at the first stop and the liquid that remains in the tip should not be included in the delivery.
• Discard the excessive liquid along with the tip or return to the original container.
• Keep the pipette, tip and liquid at the same temperature.
• Press the tip tightly on the tip cone.
• Hold the pipette vertically with the tip immersed only a few millimeters below the liquid surface during aspiration or dispensing.
• Rinse the tip at least five times especially while operating viscous liquids or liquids with density different to water
• Always control the operating button movement with thumb to ensure consistency.
Storage :
Hang the pipette vertically on the holder.
